PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AND IMPLEMENTING ORDERS

GUARANTEE, ADVERTISEMENTS AND REFUNDS
1. The basis for accepting the complaint is the presentation by the customer of a proof of purchase of goods (fiscal receipt or VAT invoice).
